PATCH TEST

Treatments that require patch tests will under no circumstance be carried out if a patch test has not been performed at our spa at least 24 hours prior to treatment.

BOGOF

Not in conjunction with any other offer. Your friend or family member must be new to the salon and not have had a treatment with us before. Both treatments must be identical and booked at the same time or one after the other.Both treatments will need to have the code BOGOF applied to receive the discount.

BLUE LIGHT CARD

10% discount will be applied to all single treatments, package treatments and courses when a valid Blue Light card has been produced. The discount is valid for the card holder only.

LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late will lose 15 minutes off of their original appointment time and those arriving up to 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and be rescheduled. This may incur a charge.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment is due. A 10% late cancellation fee will be added to appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

Cancellations that break these rules will incur a non refundable 50% payment of your future appointment.

NO-SHOWS 

In the case of missing your appointment where you fail to notify us, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment. Repeat offenders risk being permanently excluded from the salon. 

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. If we are notified within the first 24 hours, we are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was any fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose than providing the best possible service for our clients. At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 2 years.

 

For transparency, listed are the business services we provide and how each service uses the

information we collect.

 

Beauty related services

We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside our business. We store notes with respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information

and information about your services based on your receiving services from us. Depending on the particular service(s) we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.

     

Appointment confirmations and reminders

We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time.

 

Appointment ratings and reviews

After visiting us we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.
 

Marketing

We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and information we collect from you. For example, we may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you have not visited for 3 months) and other special days like Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.

 

Consultations

For your comfort and safety, prior to your appointment your therapist will go through with you a thorough consultation. Please notify our therapists if you have any allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Failure to do so may change the outcome and results of

your treatment, we will not be held liable for any contra-actions due to us not being told about any ailments. If you experience any discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

DRAPING STANDARDS

Professional draping is a key part of ensuring comfort and modesty. During massage the therapist will use a sheet or towel to cover the body at all times, only exposing the area being massaged. Only the specific area being massaged is uncovered, ensuring privacy for the client and a level of safety for the therapist.

It is our Spa policy that underwear is worn during any body treatment to ensure professionalism and safety for both the client and therapist. Wearing underwear creates a natural boundary and reduces the risk of claims of misconduct, it protects both the client and the therapist from false accusations of inappropriate behaviour.

For treatments such as body scrubs where precautions must be made to protect product transfer onto items of clothing, we provide disposable underwear.

 

PERSONAL ITEMS

Any property stored is stored at your own risk. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur to items stored in lockers.

Smoking (including vapes) is not permitted.
